Job Summary: 

SIS is seeking a talented individual to immediately join our VTC Business Group as a mid-level VTC Technician, headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. As VTC Technician, you will support several projects and provide customers and senior program managers with maintenance and advanced troubleshooting support of all voice over IP networks and the desktop VTC network. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Tier II-III level resolution and customer support to all VoIP issues across the enterprise. The candidate will also be responsible to provide outage documentation utilizing customer provided Incident Tracking software. Tools utilized will include Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Tandberg Management Suite (TMS), and other tools as necessary. Knowledge of GVS scheduling, ISDN and IP based conferencing will be essential in your ongoing growth in this role.

Job Duties:

• Investigate and propose technology strategies that can better support the USAF and business strategies
• Facilitation of all required VTC calls
• Knowledge and experience with current VTC and A/V equipment
• Daily use of Cisco Tandberg Management Suite (TMS)
• Endpoint and conference room availability review
• VTC Conference building and modification
• Coordination of availability with conference participants
